Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with enterprise clients to understand technical requirements and deploy tailored Data & AI solutions
- Design, build, and implement end-to-end data pipelines, ML models, and AI-driven workflows in customer environments
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between client stakeholders and internal engineering teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, deployment, and performance issues in production environments
- Conduct technical discovery sessions, demos, and proof-of-concept builds to accelerate client adoption
- Provide expert guidance on data architecture, LLMs, machine learning, and AI best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to surface client feedback and influence the roadmap
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or senior data/AI engineering role
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools (e.g., Spark, dbt, Airflow)
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and AI/LLM technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs)
- Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first, consultative mindset
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
