Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to build modern, scalable and accessible web applications for enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX designers, Product Owners, and backend teams.
- Build reusable UI components and maintain design system standards.
- Optimize performance, security, and accessibility compliance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Mentor junior developers and support engineering best practices.
Required Technical Skills
- HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS.
- Redux, MobX or Context API for state management.
- REST APIs and JSON integration.
- Git, Agile/Scrum and modern development workflows.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, Design Systems, WCAG and ARIA accessibility standards.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library or Cypress.
- Azure, AWS or GCP (preferred) knowledge.
- Docker, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Micro-frontend architecture.
- AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of front-end development experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
