Senior Frontend Developer

Responsibilities and technologies

Netcompany is on an exciting growth journey and continues to experience strong success with the solutions we deliver across both the public and private sectors. This has led to increasing demand for business‑critical web applications and portals with high requirements for scalability, performance, and user experience across channels.

We are therefore looking for an experienced frontend developer to join our UI department and help build mission‑critical IT systems that have a significant impact on both people and businesses across Danish society.

You will work closely with other frontend and backend developers to build some of the most user‑friendly and high‑quality IT solutions on the market. You will play a central role in projects, where you are expected not only to contribute technically, but also to take ownership of direction, quality, and key technical decisions.

Your responsibilities will typically include:

• Implement and further develop mission‑critical frontend solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Take co‑ownership of frontend architecture, including selection of tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Act as a technical sparring partner for development teams.
• Drive technical clarification and actively contribute to discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Advise clients and colleagues on solution approaches and influence key technical decisions.

About you

We expect you to hold a bachelor's and/or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, software, IT, or a similar field. To succeed in this role, you:

• Have several years of experience in frontend development within large organizations or complex IT environments.
• Have experience with architecture, scalable solutions, and modern frontend principles, with strong technical skills in React and/or Angular.
• Thrive in a role with technical responsibility and are confident in making technical decisions. You also enjoy sharing knowledge and contributing to raising the technical level of those around you.
• Are quality‑driven, solution‑oriented, and motivated by building robust solutions.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
