Senior Frontend Developer - TypeScript, React, Next.js

HTD Health is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Buenos Aires office. You’ll build secure, scalable healthcare applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js, with a focus on code quality and maintainability.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Design, integrate REST APIs, implement authentication with AWS Cognito, RBAC, and HIPAA/PHI compliance, and contribute to automated testing with Playwright, Vitest, and React Testing Library.
