Ruzora is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to build and maintain React, Next.js, and TypeScript apps for US partner companies' consumer and B2B web products. The role owns frontend architecture, design systems (Tailwind/shadcn), performance, accessibility, and testing — 100% remote from several Latin American countries at USD 48k–72k/year.
Senior Frontend Engineer (React + Next.js) at Ruzora. Full-time, 100% remote for residents of Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica. Compensation USD 48k-72k/year, negotiable. English B2+ required. You'll join US partner companies building consumer and B2B web products where the interface is the product. Responsibilities: build and maintain frontend apps with React, Next.js and TypeScript; own frontend architecture (state management, data fetching, routing, caching); implement and evolve design systems with Tailwind, shadcn/ui or similar; drive performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, rendering strategy); ensure accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser quality; collaborate with designers and backend engineers on API contracts. Requirements: 5+ years of frontend development, 3+ with React and TypeScript; production experience with Next.js (App Router, server components); strong CSS and Tailwind or CSS-in-JS; testing with Vitest, Jest, Playwright or Testing Library; web performance and SEO fundamentals; excellent written and spoken English (B2+).
