Innoxitech is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack / Backend Engineer (PHP/Laravel) to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a developer with strong experience in PHP/Laravel, backend development, APIs, databases, application security, and DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable web applications using PHP/Laravel
- Build and maintain secure REST APIs and backend services
- Develop authentication, authorization, RBAC, and access-control systems
- Design and optimize MySQL/PostgreSQL databases
- Improve application performance, security, and scalability
- Manage deployments, Linux servers, Nginx, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing systems
- Work closely with the development team on architecture and new features
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel
- Strong backend development and system architecture skills
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Strong knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Experience with Authentication, Authorization, RBAC & Access Control
- Good understanding of Application Security / Cybersecurity
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, Linux, Nginx and deployments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
