Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will bring 6-9 years of professional experience with a strong background in C# and .NET, alongside expertise in Typescript, HTML, CSS3, and SQL. In this senior role, you will be responsible for building scalable and robust applications, leading more complex integrations across systems and platforms, and ensuring the delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. You will also mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and play a key role in driving innovation and best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain advanced front-end and back-end components of web applications
Build enterprise-level, scalable solutions that meet performance and reliability standards.

2. Complex Integrations & API Development

Architect, build, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless system and platform integrations.
Lead complex integration projects involving third-party systems, cloud services, and legacy applications.
Ensure API security, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.

3. Database Development

Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for high-volume applications.
Oversee database design and integration strategies, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

4. Technical Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and support junior/mid-level developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

5. Code Quality & Testing

Lead peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to clean code principles and best practices.
Oversee unit, integration, and performance testing strategies for mission-critical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and system issues efficiently.

6. Optimization & Maintenance

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and integrations.
Ensure applications are optimized for scalability and maintainability.

7. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Produce detailed technical documentation for APIs, architectures, and integrations.
Promote best practices and maintain technical standards across the team.

Required Skills and Experience

C#: Expert-level experience in C# for web and enterprise application development (non-negotiable).
NET Framework/Core: Proven expertise in .NET frameworks, with strong experience in .NET Core
Typescript: Advanced experience in developing scalable and maintainable front-end applications
Front-End: Solid mastery of HTML and CSS3 for building responsive, accessible interfaces.
API Development: Extensive experience in designing, securing, and scaling RESTful APIs, including OAuth2/OIDC authentication flows and token-based security patterns.
Integrations: Demonstrated success in complex system and platform integrations.
SQL: Advanced knowledge of SQL with experience in performance tuning and complex database structures.
ORM Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Entity Framework or similar ORM tools.
Security Practices: Working knowledge of OWASP Top 10, secure coding standards, secrets management, and data protection principles. Awareness of compliance considerations relevant to
Experience with front‑end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
Advanced Git/version control experience in enterprise environments.
AI & Agentic Development: Practical experience building against LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic)

or integrating AI-powered tooling into enterprise applications. Familiarity with agentic patterns such as tool use, multi-step reasoning workflows, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations. Comfortable working alongside AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and able to evaluate where AI automation adds genuine value in a system.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Typically 6-9 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Demonstrated depth of experience across enterprise-scale systems is weighed equally alongside tenure.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in C#, .NET, cloud, or architecture are a plus.
