Senior Full-Stack Developer Frontend Focus
You will build high-quality React applications using TypeScript and create fast, responsive interfaces that behave gracefully in real-world failure conditions. You will work across the stack, including APIs and PostgreSQL, optimize perceived performance and data flows, establish reusable UX patterns, and improve shared components, testing, linting, documentation, observability, and reliability standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality React applications with TypeScript.
- Create fast, responsive, and consistent user interfaces.
- Ensure frontend behavior degrades gracefully during timeouts, partial data, offline states, and race conditions.
- Build and maintain reliable APIs and PostgreSQL database interactions.
- Optimize perceived performance through caching, optimistic updates, loading states, and rendering efficiency.
- Establish and maintain systematic UX patterns across the product.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to ship features end to end.
- Improve developer experience through shared components, linting, testing, and documentation.
- Define and enforce standards for consistency, observability, and reliability across the stack.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience building production web applications.
- Expertise in TypeScript across frontend and backend development.
- Deep experience with React and modern frontend architecture.
- Experience designing systems that handle failure states gracefully.
- Understanding of asynchronous flows, caching, retries, and state management.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and API design.
- Experience optimizing performance in complex single-page applications.
- Familiarity with TailwindCSS or utility-first styling.
- Experience with observability, logging, and error tracking.
- Experience designing component libraries or design systems.
- Experience with data-heavy or real-time applications.
