Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using a variety of technologies, with a strong emphasis on the JavaScript ecosystem (e.g., React, Node.js, Express).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Implement and manage database solutions, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior development staff.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in back-end development with Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of database technologies like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
