Role Overview
We’re seeking a hands‑on technical leader to drive the architecture, development, and innovation of our digital fundraising and trading platforms. This role is ideal for a young, dynamic full‑stack developer ready to lead technical design, managing integrations, and shaping product evolution.
What You’ll Do: Key Responsibility
- Lead full‑stack development across back‑end, front‑end, and blockchain layers.
- Architect scalable, secure, and modular systems, supporting microservices and API‑driven integrations.
- Drive DevOps and automation for continuous integration, deployment, and testing.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement new features, business models, and product innovations.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best‑practice coding standards.
- Manage system performance and security, including database optimization and code audits.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, especially blockchain interoperability, smart contracts, and scaling.
Technical Skills
- Strong in Node.js, Nest.js, and Next.js frameworks.
- Skilled with SQL (MySQL, MSSQL), Redis, and Kafka.
- Familiar with Web3.js, Solidity, and ERC‑20/1400 standards.
- Experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD, and AWS (EC2, ECS, S3).
- Deep understanding of API design (REST, WebSocket) and application security principles.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of full‑stack development experience.
- Proven experience in agile environments and end‑to‑end product ownership.
- Exposure to blockchain or fintech systems is required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
