Senior Full Stack Developer
Summary
Senior Full Stack Developer on a 12-month onsite contract in London, designing and building scalable enterprise apps: Java 17+/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs on the backend, React (or Angular) on the frontend, deployed on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, plus Solidity work.
Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements
- Extensive Java development experience, including Java 17+
- Strong Spring Boot and microservices experience
- Strong React experience; Angular also considered
- Experience developing REST APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with Agile development practices
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Solidity development experience
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications
- Build modern front-end applications using React or Angular
- Develop secure and performant backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineers to deliver business requirements
- Contribute to solution design, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues when required
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint ceremonies
