Senior Full-Stack Developer
Summary
The Senior Full-Stack Developer will lead the end-to-end development of modern web applications for clients using Next.js, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. The role involves owning feature development, ensuring high performance and accessibility, and mentoring team members.
Lead the build of fast, modern websites and webapps for clients across North America. You will own features end to end — from data model to deployed UI.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across the stack — Next.js, React, Node, Postgres.
- Own performance: sub-1.5s loads, accessible markup, clean architecture.
- Review pull requests and mentor mid-level engineers.
- Work directly with designers and clients to scope and refine work.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production web apps with React and Node.
- Strong TypeScript and SQL fundamentals.
- Eye for performance, accessibility and maintainable code.
- Clear written and spoken English.
