Senior Full-Stack Developer
Summary
Senior full-stack developer at Ryvo who independently takes custom software from concept to launch — architecture, frontend, backend, databases, APIs, authentication, deployment, and maintenance — choosing the right stack per project rather than a fixed technology. Must work 3:00 AM–11:00 AM ET, Monday–Friday, from Indonesia.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer who can take a software idea from concept to a fully functioning application.
We are not looking for experience with one specific programming language or technology. We are looking for a strong developer who understands software development at a high level and can select and use the right technologies for each project.
You should be capable of independently building custom software from scratch, including the frontend, backend, databases, APIs, integrations, authentication, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities
Design and build custom software and web applications from scratch
Take projects from initial concept through development and launch
Plan application architecture and technical structure
Build responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces
Develop backend systems and application logic
Design, implement, and manage databases
Develop and integrate APIs
Integrate third-party platforms and services
Build authentication, user accounts, permissions, dashboards, and other application functionality
Translate business requirements into working software
Write clean, organized, maintainable, and scalable code
Test and debug applications
Identify and resolve technical issues
Improve application performance, security, and reliability
Deploy applications and manage production environments
Maintain existing applications and develop new features
Use version control and follow proper development practices
Document important systems and technical decisions
Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations clearly
Take ownership of projects from beginning to end
Requirements
Strong professional experience in full-stack software development
Demonstrated experience building complete software applications from scratch
Strong understanding of frontend and backend development
Strong understanding of databases and data structures
Experience developing and working with APIs
Experience integrating third-party services
Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and user permissions
Understanding of software architecture and system design
Understanding of application security and data protection
Experience deploying and maintaining production applications
Experience with version control such as Git
Strong debugging and technical problem-solving abilities
Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies for a project
Ability to make technical decisions independently
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Strong written and spoken English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects
Must be available to work 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM Eastern Time (ET), Monday–Friday
