Senior Full-Stack Developer / Tech Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Tech Lead to drive the technical implementation of our core web applications. You will be responsible for building scalable web platforms while mentoring developers, establishing engineering standards, and making key architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Engineering:
• Design and develop scalable web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Build scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and database schemas in PostgreSQL.
• Optimize application performance, rendering, and API response times across frontend and backend layers.
• Technical Leadership & Delivery:
• Own technical design, system architecture, and technology selections for new product features.
• Lead sprint planning, break down complex requirements into technical tasks, and enforce coding best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through pair programming and code reviews.
• Partner with product and DevOps engineering teams to ensure reliable, zero-downtime releases.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 58 years of full-stack web development experience with a strong background in modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience in designing relational database schemas and query optimization (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams, managing pull requests, and setting technical architecture.
