About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer Developer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with genuine experience using AI coding agents to accelerate development and automation. You will work across our full stack delivering production quality features, whilst utilising AI coding as a core part of your workflow development. In this role you will influence the architecture, rich data, direction, automation and drive efficiency and scalability of the business.
Key responsibilities
Architect & Develop: Design, develop and implement the highest-quality, scalable solutions that directly achieve the business objectives
Lead Solution Design: Leverage your experience to actively lead solution architecture and drive development and automation for the business today and future
Pioneer Development: Contribute and drive continuous enhancements of our pipelines and optimisation of our infrastructure
Testing Excellence: Establishing and maintaining best-practice end-to-end testing
Collaborative Agile Contributor: Work seamlessly within cross-functional Agile teams, actively participating in all phases of development and deployment to support activities
About you
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Proven experience in Claude Code, Posthog, CodeX, MCP, Java, React
Knowledge of security fundamentals and best practices, Git and GitHub knowledge
Experience building automated communication systems (SMS and email)
Strong database design and management capability
Experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications
Strong problem-solving capability with a systems-thinking mindset
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders
