Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Summary

Build and maintain a SaaS for authors and run a cold-outreach growth stack with AI-personalized sequences, LinkedIn sourcing, and email infrastructure.

You will be our first full-time engineer. The job has two halves.
  1. Run the product. Same-day bug fixes and operations on a production SaaS used by real authors every day. You will work in Claude Code daily (it is how we build), follow our deploy runbooks, and verify every fix from the client's point of view.
  2. Run the growth machine. We are building a serious cold outreach system: LinkedIn Sales Navigator sourcing, a large warmed email sending infrastructure, AI-personalized sequences, and internal dashboards. You will keep it running every day: monitor deliverability, launch and test campaigns, catch broken integrations before they cost us leads, and build the dashboards and automations around it.
You are an operator first, but not only that. We have a lot of systems and processes already built, and the heart of this job is executing them and keeping everything flowing. You are not limited to that: once you know how our machine works, we want your ideas for making it better, faster, and smarter. Good ideas ship fast here. The founders are not engineers, so you are also our translator: you explain what is happening in plain English.
  • Senior full-stack: Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL (4+ years)
  • You work with AI coding tools daily. Claude Code and Replit fluency is required, and you will show us this in the hiring process.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Available during US business hours (US Central time overlap)
  • Based in Latin America
  • 4,500 to 5,500 USD per month, all-in, as an independent contractor (paid via Deel)
  • Full-time and long-term. This is not a project gig.
  • Paid trial week for finalists, then a 90-day trial period.
