Role Summary

GigaRev is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Client Applications to provide technical ownership, engineering quality, architecture support, and production readiness across client-deployed applications.

This role will work closely with AI Product Builders, product leads, designers, automation specialists, and client delivery teams. You will help convert prototypes and AI-assisted builds into reliable, production-ready applications.

The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer who can work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, authentication, integrations, deployments, and performance optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Engineering

• Build and maintain client-facing web applications, dashboards, portals, internal tools, and workflow-based products.
• Develop frontend and backend features using modern web technologies.
• Support application logic, APIs, databases, integrations, forms, authentication, role-based access, and reporting.
• Help improve existing prototypes, MVPs, and AI-generated builds into stable production systems.

Technical Architecture & Code Quality

• Review application architecture, code structure, database design, API design, and deployment setup.
• Identify and reduce technical debt.
• Create reusable engineering patterns, templates, and implementation standards.
• Review AI-generated or prototype-quality code for security, maintainability, performance, and scalability.

Production Readiness & Reliability

• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs across frontend, backend, database, API, and integration layers.
• Improve application performance, load times, API response times, and database queries.
• Strengthen logging, monitoring, error handling, testing, release management, and rollback practices.
• Help ensure applications are stable and reliable for real client usage.

Security & Access Control

• Review authentication, authorization, permissions, environment variables, secrets, APIs, and data handling.
• Improve security practices across client applications.
• Support secure handling of credentials, integrations, and client data.
• Recommend practical improvements for backup, recovery, access control, and compliance readiness.

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with product builders and client teams to translate requirements into technical implementation.
• Advise when a product update is simple enough for AI-assisted tools versus when senior engineering support is needed.
• Help non-technical stakeholders understand tradeoffs, technical risks, timelines, and implementation options.
• Document architecture, setup instructions, deployment steps, known issues, and troubleshooting guidance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, and modern web application architecture.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Supabase, Firebase, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with authentication, role-based access, environment management, and deployment workflows.
• Experience with GitHub, branching, pull requests, code reviews, and release management.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.
• Experience maintaining production applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with product, business, and client-facing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vercel, Railway, Render, Netlify, Firebase, Supabase, or similar platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, v0, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Vapi, ElevenLabs, n8n, Make, Zapier, or related AI/automation platforms.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, client portals, dashboards, LMS platforms, internal tools, or workflow automation systems.
• Experience with CRM integrations, webhooks, third-party APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, testing, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.
• Basic DevOps or cloud infrastructure knowledge.
