As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will shape scalable web platforms by delivering Java and React-based solutions that power a global STEM workforce platform. You’ll influence architectural direction, engineering standards, and cloud-native practices within a greenfield initiative. You work closely with product, design, and engineering leads to create high-performing, secure experiences at scale. This role offers the opportunity to drive automation, AI-enabled development, and platform reliability in a modern tech stack.

- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong Java 11+ experience
- Extensive experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and distributed services
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, design patterns, and system design
- Experience with TDD and automated testing frameworks
- Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Terraform experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
