Summary
Remote-in-US contract role (2–18 months, W2 via Lighthouse) for a bank's online banking project: migrating data center infrastructure to colocation facilities. Day-to-day is full-stack .NET/C#/ASP.NET with Angular front ends, REST APIs, SQL Server, CI/CD, and Azure/container work, applying threat modeling for security.
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Full Stack Engineer - .NET/Azure with Security Focus position! This is a 2-18 month contract and will be remote in United States.
This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the migration of data center infrastructure from on-premises to CoLocation facilities
- Lead technical implementation for the online banking CoLocation project
- Design and develop solutions using Microsoft .Net, C#, and ASP.NET frameworks
- Build and maintain Angular-based front-end applications and RESTful APIs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes across environments
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases to support banking operations
- Apply threat modeling principles to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure software development practices
- Leverage Azure cloud services to support infrastructure modernization efforts
- Integrate containerization technologies and orchestration platforms into the technical architecture
What You'll Need to Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing with Microsoft .Net, C#, and ASP.NET
- Proven expertise building Angular applications and RESTful APIs
- Strong proficiency with SQL Server database design, optimization, and management
- Demonstrated experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Solid working knowledge of Azure cloud platform services and capabilities
- Familiarity with threat modeling principles and secure software development lifecycle practices
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with React, Java, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or container technologies
Pay Range: $70-75+/hr
