YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and scale high-performance platforms in a real-time, transaction-heavy environment
Develop backend services using Node.js and Type Script within a microservices architecture
Contribute to front-end development using Angular
Work with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver scalable, reliable features
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
Implement automated testing across all levels
Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth, reliable deployments
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices
Operate in an agile, delivery-focused team with strong ownership
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
5+ years' experience in software engineering
Strong backend development experience (Node.js, ideally Nest JS)
Experience with microservices and distributed systems
Proficiency in Type Script
Strong SQL/database experience (Postgre SQL or My SQL)
Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems
Exposure to Angular or similar front-end frameworks
Cloud platform experience (advantageous)
CI/CD experience (Git Lab or similar preferred)
Strong testing practices across the development lifecycle
Experience in financial services, payments, or regulated environments (highly advantageous)
Exposure to crypto, digital assets, or stablecoin environments (highly advantageous)
