Senior Full-Stack Engineer: Node.js & React | 4-Day Week Hybrid

TeamSystem S.p.A. in Italy is hiring a senior software engineer to join our agile development team. You will design and implement full-stack features for our platform, owning lifecycle from API design to UI implementation.

You will build robust backend services with Node.js and TypeScript and develop modern React-based UIs in collaboration with designers. You will work in an Agile environment, perform code reviews, and contribute to architecture decisions while maintaining high-quality code.

Design and develop full-stack features for the company platform from API design to UI implementation. Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, with RESTful APIs and data models. Develop modern user interfaces with React.js, collaborating with designers. Work in an Agile environment, contributing to technical analysis, architecture decisions and code reviews. Write clean, reusable, testable code across frontend and backend. 5+ years of experience in software development. Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js and modern backend development. Experience with React.js frontend development. Experience with MongoDB. Proficient English at C1 level.
