Senior Full Stack Engineer - Python/React
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack developer with a strong back-end focus to design, build, and scale a modern SaaS platform. Working across the full stack leading on architecture and implementation through to deployment and optimism.
This is a hands- on product engineering role looking to build a AI-native platform that helps teams work more effectively through intelligent workflows, automation, and connected data. The mission being to create a software that adapts to how people work, combining powerful collaboration tools with AI-driven experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale APIs, services, and backend systems
- Develop modern React-based user experiences
- Design and optimise data models and application performance
- Integrate third-party services, automation workflows, and AI capabilities
- Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production systems
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production web applications
- Strong Python and modern frontend development skills
- Experience with APIs, databases, authentication, and scalable system design
- Good understanding of React and TypeScript
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across the full stack
- A product mindset with a focus on delivering value to users
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise software platforms
- Knowledge of AI, automation, or LLM-powered products
- Experience with graph databases or large-scale data systems
- Familiarity with real-time applications and integrations
- Background in document processing, workflow automation, or regulated industries
