Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Rails/React) with Claude Code

Bridgenext seeks an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our LATAM team and assist our financial services client on an automation platform project for the fitness and wellness industry. You will own execution from tickets with designs, specs, and a clear rationale behind them.

You will ship end-to-end work across Rails, React, and React Native, collaborating with product, design, and support, and sometimes directly with clients to define what "done" looks like.

Ship end-to-end product work across Rails, React, and React Native. Provide daily progress updates and blockers. Collaborate with product, design, support; align with client goals. Submit code for review and follow SDLC standards. Identify and fix technical debt beyond ticket scope. Communicate clearly with engineers, product, and clients. 5–10 years of professional experience building at-scale software systems. Production-ready Ruby on Rails and React experience. Fluency with Claude Code and AI coding tools. Strong advocacy for clean, maintainable code. Bias toward action with concrete improvement plans. Product sense and user focus. Investigative rigor and evidence-based decision making. Comfort with ambiguity and risk in evolving projects. Ability to improve code and systems beyond scope.
