About the Role:

Tech it! is looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Engineer to build secure, scalable, enterprise-grade e-commerce applications.

You will own projects across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and production operations. You will also guide a small team of SDEs and interns through task planning, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

This is a high-ownership startup role for someone who enjoys coding, solving problems independently, leveraging AI to improve execution, and shipping reliable products quickly.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong skills in React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Ability to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain complete applications.
• Strong experience with APIs, authentication, webhooks, billing integrations, and background processes.
• Sound knowledge of database design and performance using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and/or MongoDB.
• Practical experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, application security, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code reviews without compromising quality.
• Experience creating AI-powered workflows and automations that improve engineering and business processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical plans and independently take features from concept to production.
• Experience guiding SDEs and interns through task breakdowns, code reviews, engineering standards, and hands-on mentoring.
• Strong ownership, communication, problem-solving, and startup adaptability.

Good to Have:

• Experience building Shopify or other e-commerce applications.
• Familiarity with Shopify APIs, app billing, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Experience working in an early-stage or fast-moving product environment.
