Salary: £24,000 - 27,000 per year
Requirements:- Senior full stack engineering capability with a strong front-end foundation
- ReactJS and TypeScript
- Strong back-end engineering mindset, including API design, integration, performance, and security
- AI/ML engineering skills, including building and integrating AI-driven features into products; ideally with practical experience using modern model and tooling
- DevOps capability to support build, release, and reliability, including CI/CD, automation, environment management, and observability
- Python development experience, especially for AI/data workloads and services, is highly advantageous
- Strong data experience, including data pipelines, data modelling, analytics/feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured data, is highly advantageous
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and code review leadership
- Drive good engineering practices, including testing, documentation, maintainability, and security
- Collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and delivery teams
- Work hands-on to lead by example and help shape engineering standards while delivering high-quality software at pace

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-focused) with strong technical leadership to join our team in Sheffield. This is a 6-month contract role, offering a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week onsite. The position is hands-on and suited to someone who can partner with stakeholders, lead by example, and help shape engineering standards while delivering high-quality software at pace. The rate is £450 per day inside IR35.
