Senior Full-Stack Engineer: TS/Node.js & React | 4‑Day Week

TeamSystem S.p.A. is seeking an experienced senior software engineer to join our Milano or Pesaro based development teams. You will design and implement full-stack features across the stack, from API design to UI, in a fast-paced, Agile setting.

You will work with TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB, delivering scalable backend services and modern user interfaces. Design and develop full-stack features for the company platform, owning the entire lifecycle from API design to UI implementation. Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, including RESTful APIs, data models, and integrations with internal and third-party systems. Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript, collaborating closely with designers to deliver polished experiences. Work in an Agile environment, contributing to technical analysis, architectural decisions and code reviews across the full stack. Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code on both frontend and backend. At least 5 years of experience in software development. Strong expertise in the TypeScript ecosystem, with deep knowledge of Node.js and modern backend development practices. Experience with front-end development in React.js. Experience working with MongoDB. Proven experience using modern coding assistants effectively and thoughtfully, with a strong focus on code quality, correctness and maintainability. Ability to work autonomously, challenge requirements when needed, make pragmatic technical decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering culture.
