We are seeking an Advanced (Expert) Full Stack Java Developer to join a high-performing international team delivering enterprise-grade web applications and digital platforms. The successful candidate will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

This role requires strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, Angular, cloud-native architectures, API development, security, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Design maintainable, scalable, and secure application components.
• Contribute to software architecture and technology decisions.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, scalability, maintainability, security, and observability.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture reviews.

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain modern web applications across the full technology stack.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Implement server-side business logic using Java and Spring technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based APIs.
• Develop database models, integrations, and data access layers.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Security & Quality

• Apply secure coding practices and software security principles.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Protect applications against common web vulnerabilities and OWASP Top 10 risks.
• Ensure proper secrets management, secure logging, dependency management, and handling of sensitive data.
• Conduct code reviews and support quality assurance activities.

Testing & Troubleshooting

• Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Debug and resolve application, integration, database, and performance issues.
• Analyse logs, traces, and monitoring data to identify root causes and improve system reliability.
• Validate and test software changes throughout the development lifecycle.

DevOps & Cloud

• Participate in deployment, release, and support activities.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and manage applications in containerized and cloud environments.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, Architecture, and Development teams.
• Ensure seamless integration between front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and infrastructure components.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in international and multilingual project meetings.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of distributed teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.

Required Technical Skills

Back-End Development
