- Java and Spring Boot
- Microservices and REST APIs
- Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js or Nunjucks
- AWS, Azure or GCP
- Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Agile software delivery
- Mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practice
- Consultancy experience
- Public Sector or NHS projects
- Kafka, Helm or other cloud-native technologies
