Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (AI) - Immediate Start

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer who can take a business problem from requirement through to production. You’ll build and support transactional systems and apply AI to real delivery work. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, so you need to be as comfortable talking to them as you are writing code.

Essential

• Proven full stack development experience with .NET/C# on the back end and Angular and/or React on the front end, delivering production-quality features end to end

• Strong SQL skills, with solid relational database design and data modelling experience, including writing efficient queries and designing schemas that scale and stay maintainable

• Hands-on experience building and consuming APIs and integrations, including connecting with third-party and internal systems

• Strong understanding of API and application security, including implementing authentication and authorisation with OAuth

• Strong business analysis and communication skills, with the ability to elicit requirements, clarify ambiguity, and explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working on enterprise transactional systems where accuracy, reliability and data integrity matter

• DevOps experience, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and writing automated tests (unit, integration and end to end) to ship with confidence

• Demonstrable AI design, development and delivery experience, with real examples of AI-enabled solutions you have taken from concept into production

Highly desirable

• Node.js and Python experience

• Azure or AWS cloud experience, including deploying and running applications in the cloud

• Experience in health insurance, claims, financial services or another highly regulated domain, with an understanding of compliance, auditability and data privacy expectations

• Production support and observability experience, including monitoring, logging, alerting and troubleshooting live systems

• Experience with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) and AI agents
