Senior full-stack engineer at eSelf (a stealth AI startup hiring via YozmaTech) building a real-time human-like virtual agent powered by NLP, speech recognition, and computer vision. Day to day is web app development in NodeJS and React, plus design, architecture, code reviews, and mentoring on a small team, on-site in Lisbon.
We are a growing and leading stealth AI startup working on a revolutionary product involving a multimodal Deep learning pipeline including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech Recognition and Computer Vision all in a real time environment. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SW developer, with a huge passion to build the best human-like interactive machine.
Responsibilities:
- As a full stack engineer at eSelf, you will be part of a small and high-performing team, developing the first face to face human-like virtual agent.
- This role includes developing web applications in NodeJS and React, while working in a dynamic and agile environment with the most cutting edge technologies.
- In addition, as a senior developer you will help with design, architecture, code review, and mentor other team members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of meaningful experience with backend and frontend development.
- 4+ years of experience with NodeJS
- 3+ years of experience with React
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with microservices, containers, and cloud-native applications
- Experienced with both relational and non relational databases
- Experience with Python is an advantage
