We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Web Developer (NestJS/React.js) to build scalable software and drive architectural decisions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to blend modern AI tools with deep engineering fundamentals, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services (NestJS) and intuitive frontend interfaces (React.js)
Drive architecture planning, key technical decisions, and system optimization
Leverage AI development tools to accelerate output while strictly reviewing and owning the generated code
Mentor junior developers and elevate team standards through code reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including providing on-call support for critical system incidents
About you
3+ years of professional full-stack web development experience
Deep proficiency in React.js, NestJS, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL
Strong foundational knowledge of backend architecture design to ensure high-performance applications
Ability to effectively use AI coding assistants and independently validate their output
Excellent problem-solving skills and the willingness to work on-call when necessary
Experience building or integrating AI-assisted tools and features
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, secure coding, and data protection
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
