Senior Fullstack Developer – ADP SBS Division
We are hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer to build and maintain the RUN product, one of the most important Human Capital Management solutions at ADP. The role involves collaborating in a scrum team to design, develop, test, and deploy web applications integrated with backend microservices, APIs, and other systems.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in daily scrums to align on sprint goals and prioritize tasks.
- Design, develop, test, and deliver features in a two‑week sprint cycle, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, architects, and QA to gather requirements, provide technical feasibility assessments, and prepare development artifacts.
- Conduct code walkthroughs and reviews, and support teammates in troubleshooting.
- Deploy code to production using automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Engage with end‑users and stakeholders to refine requirements and create collaborative solutions.
- Stay current with technology trends, contributing to architectural discussions and training peers.
Requirements and Skills
- Solid experience in JavaScript, Node.js, and either React.js or Angular.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in writing unit tests (Jest or similar) and end‑to‑end tests (Cypress or similar).
- Version control proficiency with Git.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, SDLC, unit testing, performance tuning, and database optimization.
- Comfortable with technical analysis and design, producing sound solutions that fit the existing architecture.
- Ability to conduct requirements gathering, feasibility assessments, and develop technical artifacts.
- Experience with code reviews and walkthroughs.
- Strong collaboration skills and customer‑centric mindset.
- Self‑motivated learning and the ability to work independently after initial onboarding.
- Knowledge of C# .NET is a plus.
