Senior Fullstack Engineer
You will take end-to-end ownership of features and products across the stack, from interfaces to reliable backend infrastructure. You will gather requirements with product, design, operations, finance, external partners, and customers; prototype quickly; and ship confidently. You will reason about user experience, backend systems, API designs, and database schemas, taking work from initial prototype through launch, iteration, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end features and products across the full stack
- Gather requirements with cross-functional stakeholders, external partners, and customers
- Prototype quickly and ship features with confidence
- Design and build user interfaces, backend systems, APIs, and database schemas
- Launch, iterate on, and maintain production products
- Collaborate in remote, asynchronous environments with majority overlap with Eastern Time business hours
Requirements
- 5+ years of fullstack development experience
- 3+ years of TypeScript and Node.js experience
- Experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React
- Fluency with relational databases and SQL
- Ability to ship reliable production frontend and backend systems
- Product judgment and design experience, including working from Figma files
- Experience gathering requirements and developing integrations with external partners and customers
- MVP scoping and iterative delivery experience
- Commitment to clean code principles and automated testing
- Understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patterns
- Communication and cross-functional collaboration experience in remote, asynchronous environments
