Project description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong architectural expertise to support the evolution of enterprise financial management platform. In this role, you will actively contribute to architectural decisions, application modernization initiatives, front-end technology standards, and AI-driven engineering practices. Working closely with architects, engineering managers, product teams, and developers, you will help shape the future technical direction of a large-scale enterprise solution while ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, maintainability, and developer productivity.

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Java/Jakarta EE
- Proven experience in software architecture and technical leadership
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable applications
- Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-based architectures
- Experience with Azure, CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practices
- Very good English communication skills (B2/C1)
Nice to have:
- Kubernetes experience
- Experience modernizing legacy or monolithic applications
- Experience with ERP, financial or enterprise software products
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
- Experience with AI services, integrations or developer platforms
- Knowledge of C or C-based technologies
- Experience working in international distributed teams
