Senior GenAI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI/ML technologies, end-to-end solution development, cloud platforms, and healthcare data security. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, covering data processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with project objectives and engineering standards.
• Build scalable, reliable, and secure AI applications using suitable AI technologies and cloud platforms.
• Evaluate and implement AI frameworks, tools, and emerging technologies to improve solution performance and efficiency.
• Develop and lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and take successful solutions toward production deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and other relevant healthcare standards.
• Work closely with US-based stakeholders and Thryve leadership to communicate project progress, technical challenges, risks, and recommendations.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities to improve existing solutions.

Required Skills

• 69 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing and deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
• Good understanding of machine learning models, AI frameworks, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of scalable application design, model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare IT or healthcare-related AI projects.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, and security requirements.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or other modern AI technologies.
• Experience working with US-based clients and distributed teams.
