Your Tasks / Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Advance global Talent, Performance and Succession Management approaches to achieve measurable business impact
- Establish consistent governance, processes and KPIs across regions and functions
- Increase transparency of talent and strengthen pipelines for critical roles
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive talent-focused decision making
Career Development & Internal Mobility
- Advance global career architecture and career development frameworks
- Design and implement concepts that promote cross-functional and international mobility at scale
- Lead scalable development programs for key talent populations
Skills Management
- Implement global skills framework aligned with business strategy
- Integrate skills into talent and development processes using digital and AI-supported solution
Strategic Projects & Change Management
- Lead global People Development projects from concept to implementation
- Drive stakeholder alignment across functions, regions and businesses
- Manage change, communication and adoption activities
- Monitor success through KPIs, analytics and continuous improvement
Functional Competencies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in multinational organizations that have successfully evolved from traditional talent management practices towards skills-based workforce development, supported by digital and AI-enabled talent solutions, with a strong focus on internal mobility
- Proven experience designing and implementing global HR frameworks, programs or transformation initiatives
- Extensive knowledge of Talent Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development
- Experience with skills-based talent approaches and workforce capability development
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities in international environments
- Experience with HR technologies, ideally SAP SuccessFactors and talent-related digital solutions
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging people data and insights to support decision-making
- Business fluent English skills, both written and spoken
