Senior Graphic Designer
Success in this role means bringing senior-level creative depth to the North American Creative team through a strong blend of graphic design and motion design expertise. You will independently lead projects from brief to delivery, create compelling visual and motion content, contribute strategic creative thinking, and elevate the overall quality of work across the team. Your impact will strengthen the team's ability to scale, while enabling the Creative Lead to focus on direction, stakeholder management, and long-term creative strategy.
What you'll be doing:
- Translates briefs and GD Lead direction into production-ready work with high-quality output. Craft, format, and brand accuracy are expected to be consistent across static and motion deliverables
- Motion assets are delivered independently as part of regular workflow. That means no guidance needed on tool usage, storyboarding, or execution
- Has contributed to at least one reusable creative system (template suite, format guide, or asset framework) that improves execution consistency for the NA team
- Proactively brings creative ideas and trend references that sharpen briefs.
What you need to succeed:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Sharp visual sensibility across digital and print — confident with typography, layout, and colour, and able to defend design decisions without prompting
- Experience designing for performance channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google) with understanding of what drives creative effectiveness at a format and audience level
- Able to execute briefs with high autonomy and bring proactive creative thinking — offering ideas that elevate the work, not just fulfil the brief
- Solid project management skills — handles multiple workstreams concurrently without losing craft or attention to detail
- Clear communicator who presents decisions confidently, pushes back when needed, and keeps stakeholders informed
