The Role
What You’ll Do:
- Conceptualize and develop outstanding visual identities, campaigns, and assets aligned with brand marketing strategies, capturing the brand’s essence and elevating its global presence.
- Collaborate closely with senior graphic designers, strategists, and video editors to turn concepts into innovative visual solutions.
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across formats — from digital campaigns and paid media to print, on-site materials, and video content.
- Work with external vendors (print, digital production, etc.) to guarantee excellence in execution.
- Manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects, leading parts of the process and supporting the team as needed.
- Create and oversee artwork finalization with the technical standards, ensuring quality in every deliverable.
- Bridge strategic ideas and their execution, ensuring alignment with deadlines and project objectives.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in high-level design or branding studios.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (including design systems, components, variants, Auto Layout, and automation). Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and Illustrator). Bonus: Experience with InDesign and Canva.
- Experience leading design projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge of graphic and digital production techniques, with a focus on quality and innovation.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Magnific, or node-based AI suites) and a strong understanding of how to integrate them into creative workflows to automate processes and boost efficiency.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic workflows and deliverables, ensuring efficiency within the creative team.
- Highly organized, with the ability to structure and document design processes clearly, facilitating collaboration and ensuring work continuity when needed.
- Exceptional communication skills, both visual and verbal, with clients and internal teams.
- Technical expertise in artwork finalization, including file preparation for print, digital production, and mockup development.
- Proven experience in branding, editorial design, packaging, and digital environments.
- Fluent in English and Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and team members.
- Proactive attitude, with a problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt.
- Experience with motion graphics or 3D and the ability to work effectively with specialists in these areas.
- Basic knowledge of internal processes, automated workflows, etc.
- Previous experience working with international clients and complex projects.
