Description

Duties & Responsibilities: Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including social media creatives, website banners, marketing collateral, presentations, advertisements, and branding materials. Strategize, conceptualize, design, and execute ad campaigns. Edit and optimize product images, website content, videos, and other digital assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, image generation, asset enhancement, background removal, retouching, and workflow automation while maintaining high creative and brand standards. Present creative concepts, contribute innovative design solutions, and continuously improve visual communication across all customer touchpoints. Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency. Software & Technical Skills - Mandatory: -Adobe Photoshop -Adobe Illustrator -Adobe InDesign -Adobe Lightroom -Adobe Premiere Pro -Figma -Canva -InShot Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools such as: -Adobe Firefly -Midjourney -ChatGPT -Gemini -Canva AI -Any other AI-assisted creative and productivity tools Preferred: -Adobe XD -Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS -Design systems and prototyping Desired Candidate Profile: 47 years of experience in Graphic Design. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital marketing creatives, website UI, responsive design, and AI-assisted creative workflows. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy, user-centered design principles, and modern design systems. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve design productivity, ideation, and content generation. Excellent communication skills in English with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Must have experience leading a team of graphic designers. Graduate/Postgraduate in Design (B.Des/M.Des) from NIFT / NID.
