Senior Group Product Manager - Tech Enablement

Primary Purpose
Leads large-scale product functions and ensures alignment of roadmaps with enterprise priorities. Champions innovation and process optimization while managing stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful digital solutions that advance organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Defines the vision and goals for the digital product, and ensures that they align with the overall business strategy.
• Leads strategic oversight of a product portfolio, driving investment decisions, setting development priorities, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize business value and align with organizational goals.
• Guides major product development initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with strategic goals.
• Defines roadmap for new digital products and associated activities.
• Identifies and mitigates risks associated with product development and regulatory compliance.
• Cultivates strategic partnerships with key vendors and technology partners to leverage their capabilities and enhance the product offering.
• Drives the selection and implementation of cutting-edge tools and technologies for prototyping and wireframing, optimizing the design and development process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
