Senior Group Tax Manager (f/m/d)

Your Mission

As Senior Group Tax Manager (m/f/d), you will take ownership of complex international tax projects and turn strategic concepts into successful implementation across the HOERBIGER Group. You will bring together your international tax expertise, strong project management capabilities, and pragmatic business perspective to create sustainable solutions. Working closely with Finance, Legal, business teams, and senior management, you will connect stakeholders across countries and functions. In this highly visible role, you will help shape Group-wide initiatives and enable HOERBIGER to navigate an evolving international tax environment with confidence.

How you will make a difference

• Lead international tax projects from concept through implementation.
• Manage tax workstreams in M&A transactions, restructurings and strategic Group projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external advisors and international stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Manage priorities, timelines and risks to ensure effective and timely implementation.

What you should be good at

• 8+ years of relevant experience in international taxation, ideally in a multinational company and/or Big Four.
• Proven experience in leading complex international projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, project management and communication skills with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field, tax adviser exam preferred.
• Fluent in English and German.

• A competitive compensation package: The legally required minimum gross annual salary is €75,000. Your actual compensation will reflect your qualifications, experience, and the seniority of the role.
