🚀 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - GTM - Polish + English Speaking

📄 Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

📍 Hybrid in Warsaw

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a hybrid role with some office time in Warsaw (3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial business areas

• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers

• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods

• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience

• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire

• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months

🔍 What You Bring:

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring

• Fluent in Polish and English

• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders

• Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools

• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused

• Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with our client
