Senior Home Automation Sales Representative - Madrid (M/F/X) At Manpower Professional, we are collaborating with a company specialized in the development and manufacture of electrical mechanisms, video intercoms, and building automation systems. We are looking to hire a Senior Sales Representative (Madrid) with a strong orientation toward business development and the acquisition of new opportunities. The profile must have experience in the specification and sale of value-added technical solutions. Main interlocutors: Real estate developers, Architecture firms, Interior designers and decorators. Requirements: ✔ Consolidated commercial experience in specification and consultative selling environments. ✔ Experience in sectors such as building automation, home automation, smart building, access control, electronic security, CCTV, intrusion, video intercom, electronic locks, automatic doors, or technological solutions for construction. ✔ Ability to develop long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and other specifiers. ✔ Hunter profile, with a results orientation and high capacity for influence and negotiation. ✔ Experience in project acquisition and business development in value-added markets.
