Senior HR Business Partner
The Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role provides day-to-day HR support with a strong emphasis on new hire enablement, performance management, and employee experience. The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and a culture of accountability, results-orientation, engagement and recognition.
Location
This position will be based in our Las Vegas, NV office with work hours of 7:30AM – 4:30PM PT. Great Gray currently supports a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite, and 1 day remote.
This position is also expected to travel on a regular basis to our Aliso Viejo, CA office in Orange County to support the team based there.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to the GTM team, providing day-to-day guidance and support to managers and employees
- Lead new hire onboarding and enablement for supported teams, ensuring employees in Las Vegas and Aliso Viejo ramp effectively and feel set up for success
- Support performance management processes across supported teams, including goal setting, development conversations, and performance improvement plans
- Champion culture and employee recognition initiatives, partnering with leaders to foster engagement and a strong sense of belonging
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs and workshops, with a focus on equipping people leaders with practical skills
- Provide primary HR support for Las Vegas office operations, including facilities coordination, vendor management, and serving as the on-site point of contact for employee needs
- Support Talent Acquisition on an as-needed basis, including interview coordination and candidate experience for roles within supported teams
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters with sound judgment and consistency; conduct investigations as needed
- Complete other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) a plus
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or senior generalist role supporting business units directly
- Experience supporting Go-to-Market, Sales, or client-facing organizations in a SaaS company is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting building out Sales Enablement and New Hire Enablement
- Strong employee relations experience, including supporting a non-exempt workforce and managing HR policies for an in-office culture. Familiarity with California employment law
- Extensive experience coaching people leaders on performance management
- Experience designing or facilitating trainings for people managers
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly build credibility with leaders and employees at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; comfortable delivering candid feedback and navigating difficult conversations
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and comfort working with data to drive HR decisions
