Senior HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to be based at the Corporate Office.
This is a strategic HR leadership role responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Marketing, Projects, OEM Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Export Sales, while also supporting the HR agenda for a 250+ member Pan India Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition, Succession Planning, and strategic HR Projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Functional Heads, MD, Chairman, and CHRO.
- Play a key role in aligning people strategies with business priorities, strengthening organizational capability, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Lead a team of 3 personnel.
Candidate Requirements:
- 15 - 25 years of progressive HRBP experience within a large manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial organization.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, talent strategy, and business partnering.
- Stable career progression is mandatory.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior leadership in a fast-paced, professionally managed organization.
- Regular MBA or PGDBM qualification is required.
