Senior HR Business Partner

Position Summary

Polleo Sport, the regional leader in the sports nutrition, dietary supplements, and active lifestyle industry, is opening an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner supporting our operations across Croatia, Slovenia, and Austria. In this role, you will be responsible to drive the entire people agenda and lead entrusted HR projects. You will work closely with the HR team, Line Managers and employees.

A Day in the Life of a HR Business Partner

• Together with stakeholders, drive the execution of the rolling people plan through the creation and implementation of the right activities that attract, develop and retain employees;
• Pro-actively challenge the organization design and manage effective transformations and change projects aligned with Polleo Sports goals and initiatives;
• Lead the continuous development journey of internal talents and support them with right development actions;
• Drive the Performance and Talent Management cycle for the oganisation: talent review/calibration preparation, action plan follow-up and implementation as well as succession planning and talent management plans;
• Ensure effective support to Line Managers during day-to-day activities, including reward topics, people changes, hirings, transfers, end of contract, retirements, long term leaves, maternity leaves, time management, reporting, etc.;
• Provide everyday coaching to leadership on a variety of topics including policy interpretation and application, talent management, development, and organizational design consultation.
• Contribute to build the inspirational leadership and entrepreneurship culture, as well as drive employee engagement;
• Drive new HR projects and ensure entrusted HR projects are being developed and implemented on time and high quality, focusing on follow-up of the implemented solutions.

What will make you successful

• Min. 7 years’ experience in HR field in a multinational environment
• Proven track record in driving innovative projects in HR and change management
• Hands-on approach and growth mindset
• Stakeholder management with courage to constructively challenge
• Professional fluency in English is must, any other language is a plus
