About the Role
As a Administration Assistant you will have a very important role in the organization with support our legal team with all administrations task.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative support to other professionals
Accounting for customer and supplier invoices
Issuing invoices to customers
Telephone support for customers and suppliers
Organisation and booking of meeting rooms
Organising events
Scanning and printing documents
Filing documents in the document management system
Drafting administrative documents
What We're Looking For
Experience from smiliar position in another law firm
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing complexity.
Fluent in English and Spanish
