Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. As a Senior HRBP, you will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. You will assess and anticipate HR-related needs and communicate those needs proactively with our HR department and business management. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. - Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning. - Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Provide support and guidance to HR team members and assist in the development of HR initiatives. Required Skills: - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role. - Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
