Senior HR – Human Resources and Administration
- To manage the Human Resource and Administration function of the
organization and implement effective HR policies and procedures
§ Handle all HR activities related to Recruitment & Selection;
Performance Management; Training & Development; Compensation &
Benefits; Employee relations; Employee Grievances
§ Develop strategies and plans that contribute to business planning
and objectives from a HR perspective
§ Work with the Top Management, to research and analyze data
pertaining to employee turnover, training and employee development
§ Assist in design and development of compensation and benefits
programs, policies, and procedures
§ Advise management in personnel policy and program matters, or
recommending appropriate decisions
§ Manage relationships with line managers within respective
departments to ensure that timely and effective support is provided in all
areas of Human Resources and Administration
§ Interact with Management and employee groups to resolve employee
relations issues
§ Handle all employee litigations
§ Direct performance review of Management process across the firm.
§ Educate and coach Managers regarding resource policies and
practices, monitor resource management practices and provide calibration across
functions
§ Work as a partner to proactively provide the tools, knowledge and
assistance which facilitates excellent resource management within the company
§ Maintain integrity of HRMS system (software), ensuring it remains
effective and operational at all times
§ Be the front line interface and control point of HR to designated
businesses as well as participate as a member of the senior management team and
ensure that HR related issues are taken into account in decision-making
Requirements
§ Knowledge of Local Labour Laws is a must
§ The ideal candidate shall have more than 10 years of experience in HR and Administration, out of which more than 3 years should be in a capacity of a Head of Department
§ Good professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
§ A positive attitude and a pro-active approach
§ Must be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships across the company and with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge
§ Ability to work to strict deadlines
§ High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player
§ Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership
§ Ability to architect and drive change
§ Ability to lead in a global, matrix environment
