Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our Customer Success department at our Hyderabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of HR management experience, with expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee growth, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for a growing team.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training, development, and succession planning needs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Address employee grievances and oversee disciplinary procedures as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated success in implementing HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
SHRM certification is preferred.
